Aisy Nix is a multi-disciplinary designer who works at the intersection between design, fashion, and sustainability.
Her work investigates the complexity
of the fashion industry, analyzing both
its beauty and detriments. Nix enjoys experimenting with a plethora of materials
to create one-of-a-kind garments.
Aside from her interests in textiles and clothing design, Nix also has an interest in graphic design. She has been apart of Strike Magazine Chattanooga for 5 issues, working as Art Director, Assistant Creative Director, and Editor-in-Chief. Nix holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She now attends Polimoda, in Florence, Italy, studying for a Master’s in Textile Sustainability.
