Aisy Nix is a multidisciplinary designer specializing in innovative textiles. Her work reflects a dedication to merging creative expression with environmental responsibility.
Driven by a fascination with unconventional materials, Aisy transforms upcycled plastics and waste into distinctive wearable art, redefining their purpose. She also has a deep appreciation for natural fibers, celebrating their versatility and connection to the earth. Beyond her work in fashion, Aisy holds experience in creative direction and visual storytelling, having contributed to five issues of Strike Magazine Chattanooga as Art Director, Assistant Creative Director, and Editor-in-Chief.
Aisy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Textile Sustainability at Polimoda in Florence, Italy. Her practice challenges traditional design boundaries, advocating for a more sustainable and conscious future in the industry.
